We are an e-commerce company dedicated to the trade of jewels and accessories referring to fashion through internet
We do have also an activity of importation, direct sale in meetings and in the works councils.

Article 2: Application and opposability of the general conditions of sale
The fact of placing order, implies whole adhesion and without reserve of the purchaser under these general conditions of sale.
Any contrary condition posed by the purchaser will be thus, in the absence of express acceptance, incontestable with the salesman whatever the moment when it could have been brought to its attention.
The fact that the salesman prevail not at a time given of the unspecified one of these general conditions of sale, cannot be interpreted like being worth renunciation to prevail itself later on of unspecified of the aforesaid conditions.

Article 3: Order taking
The information stated by the purchaser, at the time of the order taking engages this one: in the event of error in the wording of the co-ordinates of the recipient, the salesman could not be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.
The orders are final only when they were confirmed by the payment of the price by the purchaser.
After forwarding, any modification or cancellation of the order by the purchaser cannot be taken into account and the versed price will not be restored.
The offers of product are valid within the limit of stocks available. A product become inalienable is automatically withdrawn from the catalogue of products on line.
In the event of out-of-stock condition, the salesman will contact the purchaser. They will try to deliver an offering product of the characteristics identical in dimension and quality to the product initially ordered by the purchaser.

Article 4: Delivery
The delivery is carried out in Europe within the time envisaged by the direct handing-over of the product to the announced recipient, that is to say in the event of absence, by opinion of provision. The delivery periods are indicated as exactly as possible. Cortes de Perles  delivers everywhere in Europe. While clicking on "Your Account", you can very easily manage your address of delivery. With your suitability, you can thus choose according to orders to make you deliver to your residence, on your place of work or in a friend (gift or holidays).

Article 5: Returns - Methods
Any return of products must be the subject of a formal agreement between the salesman and the purchaser.
In the case of vice apparent or of nonconformity of the delivered products, which will be noted by the salesman, will allow the purchaser to obtain the free replacement or a credit to its profit, other than any other allowance or damages. The product will have to be turned over to the purchaser in his packing of origin and under 48 hours.

Article 8: Litigation

The complaints or disputes will be always received with attentive benevolence, the good faith being always supposed at that which takes the trouble to make a statement on its situations.
In the event of litigation opposing the purchaser to the salesman, the customer will carry out his complaints near the customer service of the purchaser:
